At this year's Chinaplas, Kautex Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will launch a double-station extrusion blow molding machine KCC10D manufactured by Shunde Kautex Plastics Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary in Shunde, Guangdong.

The KCC10D is a double-stage extrusion blow molding machine with a clamping force of 10 tons, with a 4-layer parison die (model HKS2/50, centre-to-center distance 125) and 4 extruders (one of them 60 mm for the outer polyethylene, 50 mm for the return material, 18 mm for the adhesive layer, and a 25 mm extruder for the internal barrier layer of EVOH or PA materials) . All extruders have a 25-fold aspect ratio. The machine will produce a 4-layer round bottle with a capacity of 1000 ml. The bottle is widely used in food, medicine, beverages, cosmetics, agriculture, coatings and chemical industries. It contains a barrier layer (EVOH or PA) that prevents oxygen, water vapor or air from entering the bottle and keeps the aroma, taste, and dissolved material in the bottle from escaping.
